Payment: Full payment is required to confirm your appointment.

Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment up to two times without any issue. Please notify me at least 48 hours in advance.

Cancellations:

• Cancellations made up to one week before your appointment will receive a full refund of your deposit.

• Cancellations made within one week of the appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the deposit, with the remaining balance refunded.

• Cancellations made within 5 hours of the appointment will be treated as a no-show and will incur the full appointment cost.
